So Sara bought tickets to the April 24 Peter Hook show at the Granada in Dallas! As you may or may not know, Sir Hook played bass in a brief lineup of Killing Joke. (You may have figured out Killing Joke are one of my fave bands....) There are at least two Killing Joke studio recordings with Peter on bass. Theyre on the hard to find (?) Freispiel krautrock tribute project. Theres apparently a longer studio session floating around there somewhere. In this interview, Jaz talks about what it was like to tour and play with Joy Division and later have Peter Hook in the band.
