So Season 6 of The Vampire Diaries kicked off last night and there were parts of it I enjoyed, and parts of it I didnt. I liked that even though Tyler is no longer a hybrid, he still has to deal with the rage hes feeling. I feel like hell be a werewolf again soon unfortunately. I also liked that we got to see how everyone was dealing with the deaths of Damon and Bonnie (some better than others). Caroline is still optimistic as usual so I still like her. Stefan and Jeremy are 100% done. Matt and Alaric are trying to make the best of the situation. And Elena has become ridiculously insufferable. Shes like Bella Swan 2.0 and that makes me sad because she was such an amazing character in the earlier seasons. And now onto my favorite scene. Damon and Bonnie in purgatory. I really think Bamon could happen this scene. Ian and Kat want it to happen (but lets be real Ian and Paul are in favor of any pairing that gets them away from Elena) and it did happen in the books. Not to mention theyve had such an interesting dynamic from the beginning so them as a couple would be just as interesting. Theyre gonna have to rely on each other a lot in purgatory and that could evolve.
