So! Should Keene Pumpkin Fest happen next year? ABSOLUTELY. Ruth Sterling should hand the reins over to none other than the KSC student body and THEY should be in charge of heading up the best one yet. It should be a requirement for the entire student body to participate in the organization and execution of the event. From security to trash detail, everyone should have a hand in it. Maybe if theyre too busy doing something they can take pride in, they wont have time for out of control parties? The streets should be as clean as Disney World with so many hands on deck to pick up trash. Put KSC back in the good graces of the town, put Keene back on the map for something good and hold THEM accountable if anything should go awry. Just my two cents.
