So The Democrats got their asses kicked. Well I gotta call it as I see it: You guys have been pretty incompetent lately. You have been patting yourselves in the back for getting an African American elected President and got comfy. And now the skinny dude is all by himself fighting without an army. And you left him alone now, when the income gap is the biggest it has ever been in history. Nice, congratulations, it has happened before. How the hell did you managed to suck so bad? It really doesnt matter, does it? What it does matter, is how you are gonna get yourselves out of this mess, and dont completely destroy a Presidency that hasnt been the worst, but it has had decent moments. So listen to the Latino brother here: You can use us! In the next two years, you can chip away at the 27% Latino Republican vote. Thats what you want, you have been paying good money in research, so you know very well what I am talking about. Republicans didnt get any more Latino vote than they did 2 years ago. The question is: Why didnt you get more Latino vote? The answer is: You abandoned us. You pushed an immigration bill without asking us what we think of it. Have you noticed what the demographic map of the United States is gonna look like in 15 years? ..... You will have to ask us for everything then. Start by throwing away that piece of garbage that the Senate passed after conservatives watered it down. Start by throwing family values back at their faces. Family values in the Latino community, means that we are not going to abandon our Papis and Mamis, our Abuelitos, our Compas, our Bebés and our Amigos, just because a lack of a document. We know these undocumented people, we love these people and these people are good people with good families: Us. And we vote with them in mind, always. So you tell me, that our Mama Maria is good enough to watch your babies and clean you floors but, she aint good enough to get a driver license? This is what I tell you: Mama Maria is gonna take 2 buses and sit on them for two hours to get to your big house, because shes a hell of Mamá! You damn right shes hard working. We already knew that. We also know that is not fair, and we will remember who had existential issues and didnt get it together in time to ease our Mamas workload. Oh sorry, did I loose you? Yeah, we love our mothers. What we didnt know is the lengths that Conservatives will go to assure themselves cheap labor. The lengths that they will go to create second class citizens with only one right: The right to work. Well, these are the descendants of slave owners, after all.... So instead of trying to find a compromise and try to not feel guilty about breaking the law: Question the law. Stop trying to pass bills by arguing that it will bring jobs. Do like Martin Luther King did: Bring up the human argument. Stand hard on protecting families, take the higher ground and history will be on your side. Stay human, make an effort. History is just waiting. Waiting for you to offer us some candidates with a clue. Waiting for you to find candidates that understand how family works. Waiting for you to embrace us. You know: Embrace = Hugging = Body contact = Becoming one = Equals. If you are having a hard time finding men candidates with a pair of testicles that understand love and family, Im gonna give you a hint: Find young, smart women with a good pair of ovaries and we will vote for them.
