So... The challenge is over, the awards were given, the weight was lost, my health improved, my waist line is trimmer, the new clothes are purchased, my diet has changed for good, and more than a few lives have changed... for the better. I only set out to lose some weight and feel better about myself. What happened in the interim was life changing and a huge eye opener. Part of me is sad the challenge is over. But I now have a huge priority and that is to maintain what I have worked so hard to do. I am not going to kid myself into thinking it will be easy to keep the weight off, but that is my next goal. Keep the weight off and stay healthy and active. The experience is something that I would NOT trade for $15,000.00 ! A monetary reward does not define a winner in this case. There were MANY winners in this challenge and I was only one of them. I have made some great new friends at and through Hardcore Fitness Boot Camp. I have met people who know and understand what I went through to get to where I am today in regard to the 60 Day challenge. These are special people who helped me and encouraged me. I am thankful to each of them whether they just said Hi Roger or said, You can do it! or they showed me what I was doing wrong, or they pushed me to do a few more reps or lift heavier. What a great experience this has been. Thank you. Thank you very much.
