So.... The interview is in many respects better than I had expected, but in some ways also just as bad as Id though it would be. There is definitely more actually funny and genuinely thoughtful content than the previews would have you believe, but then there are also really stupid frat-boy level jokes, and occasional bits of way over the top gore that is too realistic to just be funny (such as, say, the treatment in Dead Alive or Evil Dead 2 or such). Seth Rogans character actually spends much of the movie saying exactly the things you the viewer would be thinking, i.e. this is a really bad idea, and that definitely helped me to stick with it.
