So. This is a real conundrum for me. My husband sleeps. All the time. Ever since his heart surgery eight years ago hes been a bit lethargic, but nowadays he sleeps more hours than he wakes. My healing friends out there - he is a vegan. He exercises religiously. He has taken his heart from congested to recovered according to his heart doc (who calls him the text book recovered heart patient). But he is so tired. All the time. He says he cant keep up with me, and of late, he has simply stopped trying (suggesting I find dates to get me through life events). Any suggestions? Heart meds are likely a culprit, but he even stopped taking them for awhile and the fatigue still is present. And sure...Im an active girl and a bit ...energetic all hours of the day...but truly, I kind of feel like Im married to Sleeping Beauty. Loves kiss doesnt seem to be doing it. Any ideas?
