So. Today is nervous breakdown day. A year ago we had a toilet overflow and it had about 3 inches standing water into Xaviers bedroom. It took maintenance 2 weeks to get a blower in here to dry it up. Randi and X have been to the dr repeatedly and have been on a plethora of meds. I woke today needing to take Randi again. I was curious. I pulled the carpet up a smidge. Mold everywhere. Took her to the dr. Dx a mold allergy and she is not allowed in the house. Came to the office and told them. The MGR states there is no documentation of this. I said that his maintenance staff was incompetent and doesnt write anything down and this isnt the first issue. I also stated I usually dealt with the blonde guy that is dumb as a bag of hair. Mgr starts yelling to the top of his lungs. that is the last goddamn time you disrespect my staff, we are here to fix the issue but my staff will not be disrespected I said, I am just saying.. he interrupted and continued yelling Youre not just saying anything, my staff will not be disrespected. We went to the townhome. I then had to go get xavier from school so we can move everything from his room so they can redo the floor and treat the mold. Now to figure out where the kids, my dog, cat and i stay tonight.
