So Tom took the whole day off work today to wait for the EE - TopicsExpress



          

So Tom took the whole day off work today to wait for the EE engineer to come to sort our wifi (weve been waiting for 9 days!) only for him to not turn up. So I rang them, and after 40 minutes of being on hold they told me there is a delay in processing our order, and he was never coming today. They dont know what the delay is and I will have to ring them again in 48 hours after they have had an email response from someone else in their department. I will be ringing them in 48 hours, but only to tell them where to poke it! Never have I experienced such poor customer service!
