So UPS left a notice on the mansion door Friday that they tried to deliver something for the second time (our first notice) and they would try again Monday and then send it back. They left a delivery time of 10 - 5 on the notice, so I called UPS. It was an automated system so I input the notice # and it said they tried to deliver Friday at 4:34 PM. I hit 0 till I got a live person and explained that were a county building and close at 4 PM. She insisted the driver tried to deliver the package at 3:30. I said No, he tried at 4:34. She said I dont know where you are getting that, it isnt in my information, he tried at 3:30 I got it from the recorded message I got on THIS number before repeatedly hitting the 0 to get to you. Well, he was there at 3:30. If hed been here at 3:30 we wouldnt be having this conversation since we close at 4. Well, the driver is in that area at 3:30 Then would you please ask him to come deliver the package at that time? Okay, Ill tell him. Suuuuuure you will. Great customer service there UPS. This is why I use USPS and FedEx myself when I have something to ship.
