So... We NEED the baby to turn because the urchin is running out of space to do so very rapidly. The dilemma: there is a procedure which flips a breech baby (we would probably go for it around 37 to 39 weeks) EXCEPT that the whole reason the baby is breech is because the babys acrobatics have wrapped the cord around the neck twice (safe for now, but terrible for if we try to DO anything). After discussing options with the doc, She said that c-section may be what we have to go with if we cannot flip the urchin due to risk associated with the cord and we cant try a breech delivery due to the cord too. Totally lost. Thoughts anyone? I just need advice. (This has nothing to do with my treks to the hospital but those treks are why we have found this out as a side effect... *pouts*)
