So! We went to Munich yesterday! Just a normal day in Germany. "Hey. Lets take a train to Munich!" It ended up being three trains, but it was still a Saturday event. Anyways, after arriving after three hours on trains, we split into several groups and all went our separate ways. One word describes yesterday. Oktoberfest. SO MANY DRUNK PEOPLE. But they were happy drunks! Anyways, after finding the outskirts of Oktoberfest, i bought a shirt, we ate at an Italian restaurant (I ate a whole pizza) and then we meandered back to the train station. After all arriving at the station, we boarded our train. And were promptly yelled at and kicked off by a German woman conductor. So. Now we are stuck in Munich, not having a ride back, our train leaving the station. SWEET. I was actually looking forward to sleeping on a bench. Well, after a nice group prayer, we almost instantly found a train and after about 4 hours of traveling and a 45 min layover, we arrived home at 1230 ish. Missing lockup ;) Best trip to Munich ever.
