Anytime a person, persons or group conspires to deny/deprive another person, persons or group of their constitutional rights they are eligible for an investigation and indictment by the DOJ through the FBI under the Crime Control Act of 1990(Title V: Protection of Crime Victims) and RICO ACT(Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) and upon conviction may receive up to 20 years imprisonment.
