So... Willow asks to borrow some balloons for a science project... I give her a few... I walk out, and her, and her little friends have made water balloons out of them. I ask why, and they said Its for science! How is it for science? I ask... We want to see how many hits from water balloons, before we make the little boy outside cry! So far, the ethics board on their science project has yet to address the issue.
