So Yesterday I called AT&T to find out why they have such poor service in my area, when you go 5 miles in all directions and bam you have service the lady thought I was lying and said we have great service out here, so as nice as I could be, I told her to send me a AT&T rep out here and lets see what he thinks. Then when she pulled it up on her little computer screen she said oh your right, your in a dead Zone. I then voiced my 2 cents and had to say you are in one of the largest citys how could you not provide service in this small little dead zone area. But I have to give her credit she did try to sell me a signal booster for $250, with no guarantees it would work, then tried to give me a discount and only pay $99 if I extended my service. I couldnt help but laugh. So here I am thinking of getting rid of Comcast as my Home phone, internet and TV provider, unhappy with my service always shutting down, either when I am on a phone call or trying to get on the computer. So I start looking at Verizon thinking Ill go there this way I can do my cell phones with them because AT&T doesnt work out here at all, to find out that Verizon is in partnership with Comcast. So disappointed I had to tell the person on the phone I wont do business with you because of the company you are in co-hoots with why change companys to have the same kind of service. I guess this isnt the best area to live in.
