So. You will have seen that were putting some new goodies through the cold cabinet which are going down a storm. Home made and freshly baked pies, home made soup, frittata etc. And tomorrow, we will have a traditional lasagna, again, home made by Danielle, just the way her Nonna showed her! She informs me that the ragu alone takes over 4 hours to cook so I cant wait to try it. We only have one tray available tomorrow and if it proves popular then well start making it regularly for takeaway meals as well as in house. Also, if anyone is interested in the large, family sized quiches that I started making last year, please let me know as were going to start them up again, and if anyone has any ideas or favourites, then Im happy to explore ways of making them work.
