So a bit of todays training. Speed Bench 75kg 6 x 2 Heavy Squats 105kg 5 x 2 So few things I want to point out (I dont think Im an expert just want to past experience) 1) I set up exact same every session even if heavy or light. Why to get in the grove so when I hit the platform in comp I know what I need to do. Practice makes Perfect. 2) I hit each session with max intensity. Why speed work will only improve lifts if the same force is put threw the bar as if its heavy that where the the saying/equation comes in speed x power = strength. Force generated. Thats it had some good news will be rep my service in the combined service champs. A little unexpected super excited. Regards Believe to Achieve.
