So a couple of days ago, I was thumbing through the Ogden Valley newspaper and I came across an ad for a lost platinum wedding ring up at the Eden park. It sounded like quite the challenge to find it so I headed up there yesterday for a few hours. The park is rather large with several soccer fields Through some weird coincidence I happened to run into a guy who was a co-worker with the person who had lost the ring. He told me they had been playing soccer and he gave a general idea of where to look for it (roughly two acres or so lol). After a couple of hours of searching, I got a hit and here was this big, shiny platinum band. I called the owner and met up with him a little later. Needless to say, he was pretty excited about getting it back! Talk about a cool experience!
