So a couple weeks ago I went to the Espresso on Shehbaz with a male friend of mine and was arrogantly asked to leave because I was not accompanied by my phamily. Looking to host a business meeting this Friday and my associate suggested Espresso but was not aware of the apartheid. I was a regular at their zamzamma location but have stopped going there since. Is that sort of a thing still acceptable? Is it acceptable to turn away patrons because they werent complying with such an absurd rule? What exactly is the definition of phamily anyways? Can I not go there with my brother? Better yet, can anyone suggest a better, friendlier place for a business meeting in the area that does not discriminate?
