So a little drama at the Rosenberg Project. Normally, I stick to myself and when the screaming starts in the hallway, I ignore it. A little bit ago my neighbor rang my bell and while we were talking outside my door another woman stepped out of her apartment, got in my face and threatened me. I held up my hand to back her off, but she continued, getting more agitated and claimed she knew I was blah blah blah and she reported ME to the authorities and she knows Im a convicted criminal. And she was so out of control I looked at my neighbor and told her to call the police This has happened, on an ongoing basis, since she moved in and the apartment has not evicted her. Even though the majority of women on this floor, in this wing, have been threatened by her vocally. They said when she was attacking me (for the first time ever) they could see she was very close to striking me. I finally made it back into my apartment and shortly thereafter she went back into her apartment. The police arrived, spoke to her, called her mother and the apartment manager and we were told to stay in our apartment until the manager arrived. The interesting thing is Ive had one interaction with this woman prior to today and it was quite positive so for her to threaten me was quite shocking. She obviously has mental issues and the last thing I asked the police is does she have a gun He said no. I will be contacting the management company in the morning. I told you I was looking for someplace safer to live and up until this moment, it never was about not feeling safe in my apartment. Quite to the contrary, Ive always felt safe here. Until now
