So a quick FitX wrap up! Nothing reminds me that all we do is a team effort like a big expo. From the organisers, Tony and his team, right through to my incredibly supportive extended family Robert and Lyn who look after my child for almost a week so I can do all that needs doing. The expo was an amazing success and I am excited that next year it will be the Arnold sports festival Australia! Thank you especially to Michelle and Charlotte who literally worked their asses off for me. I am blessed to have you both in my life and I could not have done this without you. Thank you to our athletes and promo staff who did their mandatory time on the booth and for those others who helped out despite not being forced to and in particular a shoutout to Joel Foster who I know only came to work with us. Of course none of this is possible without our friends at GASP and Better Bodies and a big thank you to the international guests including Branch, Neil, Kris, and the always gorgeous Nathalia who came to see us over the weekend. You are all amazing. Thank you
