So, a screenshot was sent to me of my ex landlord’s post bashing me (and tagging my mom and stepdad) about leaving without giving thirty days notice, and “trashing” the place I rented. When you don’t keep up with repairs and normal maintenance, then makes threats just because your tenant posted a listing of a house on fb and she jokingly asked if anyone wanted to buy it and lease it to me, you’re tenant isn’t going to stick around. Things are GREAT right now. The fridge is brand new at the new place, as opposed to the broken one that did not work for over three months at the old place. Guess what? The a/c works too!!! I no longer have to go home and lay on ice packs to keep cool. The grass isn’t knee high because there’s no money to fix the riding mower AND we have trash pick up!!! There is no month’s worth of stinky, ant covered trash piled up outside my door because my NEW landlord can actually keep up with the bills for trash picks!! She isn’t going through my trash either to make sure everything can be ILLEGALLY burned, like my previous landlord did for well over a year. If the place did happen to flood like my previous place did, she would be able to make repairs and replace flooring, and wouldn’t leave me and my mom to vacuum up all the water over two days. And she wouldn’t blame it on my dogs having dug a couple holes up against the house (that doesn’t cause water to RISE into a place and flood). If the well breaks, a repairman will called. There won’t be tenants, horses and dogs potentially without water indefinitely if she isn’t able to repair it herself. And I’m pretty sure attending elementary school football practice won’t come before the attempt to repair the well, leaving the tenant without water for hours. OH, and I’m fairly certain my new landlord doesn’t have a loser brother that is going to break into my place, paw through my stuff and steal prescription meds (that he ultimately spent jail time for). And she won’t come over asking for my prescription anti-anxiety meds OR text me at all hours of the night asking to borrow money for gas. She won’t repeatedly ask me to “front her some rent money”. So OWN YOUR SHIT. Don’t blame me for you not being able to provide for your family. There were obviously money issues even when you had my rent money! Regardless of what type of threats you try to say you made and justify…. Landlords shouldn’t threaten their tentants!!!! They sure as heck aren’t going to stick around for it! As for your “MCAS foster contact”, that’s the same one that had it in for me months ago and still chomping her jaws and talking as much crap about me as she can. Nothing she says can be believed. She has had it out for me for a while. That tends to happen with insecure, miserable women. I’m hardly “on my way out of MCAS”, as I’ve picked up two new fosters and a return, just in the past week.. I’ve spoken to the director, who says to ignore it all and I will go back to doing so. The shelter manager just said “I just had you pick up a new foster two days ago!!”, and knows nothing about this. The Animal Control office you speak of? My good friend that works there just had me pick up a new puppy foster last week. This is the ONLY attention I am giving this, then I am continuing on to save more innocent lives and live my life, free from the deplorable conditions I’ve had to live in. Because it’s now a WONDERFUL LIFE.
