So..a year ago I entered a 10 yr contract signed between my ex wife and I and a bank. A loan based off the equity of her home. She loved her home at that time and agreed it was reasonable and lower interest as LONG AS I MADE PAYMENT ON TIME as well as paid some things for her out of the loan. Now divorced she decided to sell her home prior to the 10 yr payback. I now owe her 100000 to cover the equity we agreed I could use to buy my own home. Last Thursday I gave her a check for 21000 for the first payment now will continue monthly payment as if I was paying a monthly mortgage to the bank. This is not enforced by law nor by court judgement. My friends family and relationship to my child have been threatened and name continues to be slandered as she DEMANDS the 100000 in full payment which is totally unreasonable and impossible. Originally a 10 year payback was in place I plan to repay sooner than that...but why the slander and ignorant behavior after I have given money and am doing my part? The attempt to damage my character and credibility has no foundation...is this unreasonable or am I wrong?? # public forum for all you spies who dont know me but continue to spit on my name. I have trustworthy eyes and ears everywhere...
