So, about that gardener. Im putting Adonis down for a nap when suddenly I hear something heavy fall outside. Naturally, I grab my knife, put Adonis down, and run towards the sound. Because that always works out for people in horror movies. (đ) The neighbors left twenty minutes earlier and I didnt hear a car pull up so I was suspicious. I look out to see some old dude looking around dubiously while standing next to some stuff from the garage and I take a picture just in case hes a psycho that tries to kill me. He spots me. I freak and move away so fast I twisted my ankle and fell. (I do NOT have moves like Jagger) I count to thirty and peek back outside. Hes gone. Landscape equipment is still there. In the rain. Obviously, I assume he was trying to steal them. I called the cops. As Im talking to the very sweet officer, I look and notice him mowing the lawn. False alarm. Cop thought it was funny though.
