So....after I calmed down emotionally yesterday from my not so pleasant experience at Best Buy in Hickory (thank you Garrett Hawkins for knowing how to cheer your mom up), I decided that I hadnt handled that situation very effectively......So I decided to call & have a chat with the store manager. Long story/short....I am THRILLED to say that MR Mack Wiggins (manager) & the much more enthusiastic, helpful, considerate group of Geek Squad & Customer Service Folks @ Best Buy in Hickory this remedied the situation in a matter of minutes. Garrett now has a brand new MacBook Pro & my stress level has been reduced to that of the rest of the moms sending their kids of to school Friday! Lesson to those working with the public: be kind, consider how you would like to be treated! Thanks again, Mack Wiggins! You are top notch!
