So after I have a surgery after a week I start trying to go without pain meds. If I still have pain I take the med. I am now three weeks out normally I am totally off my meds by now and have flushed them. Today I tried to cut them out again and was not able to, I was however able each week extend the time out that needed. When I first had surgery I was at every four ours and then over the counter half way between the four hours last week I was able to go five hours with nothing in between and today about 8 hours. I wish I was at the point to get totally off them. I think the fall aggravated my neck some causing me to hold tension causing some extra pain. Please say some prayers that I will be able to get off them next week, I hate taking meds for pain.
