So after Matts huge meltdown today, I seriously reflected on whats on going on in our life...and tried to find the answer to why is he acting this way?? Well....Changes....every time something changes in our life -we move, we change daycare, we get off our routine- Matt acts totally crazy... Being a military family, changes define our life!! I mean, we sort of live like gypsies.. We move every 18months or 2 years, and I think Matt really isnt cooping well with it. Just a couple of weeks ago, I pulled the kids out of daycare because it is summer time. Well, I think it was a big mistake because obviously Matt is missing his school routine and friends. So where I am trying to go with this is that I think it really is time for us to settle down...not just for the sake of having our own house, and do with it whatever we want but for the kids sake too! We know we want to settle down in New England, but hubby already has orders to San Diego....so I am kind of hoping they will change his orders to Norfolk for some dumb reason, and we can start looking for a house in VA ( I know its not exactly New England, but its the East Coast at least!!) , and stay there for the next 4 years...that is all he has left before hitting 20 years of service and have the opportunity to retire...and God knows, I want him to retire!!! As much as we as a family LOVE traveling, I think we are all fed up with moving around... My kids definitely crave a place where they can really put their anchors down and know they will have that place for a long time!! So...I am putting that Law of Attraction to work starting today!!! ;)
