So after all the crap my landlord has been giving me. I wrote her yesterday and said Emerald has started a good job and will be moving. Which meant I would be too as I would no longer be able to meet extra rent since housing would only pay for a 2 .br. She wrote asking me about energy program that would have paid to weather 1st Florida and basement free to her under my being poor status. What is she thinking?
