So, after hearing about the game having multiple glitches, and encountering this one personally, I traded in my game. I made the mistake of opening the game and attempting to play what I thought would be a functional game, and I was not able to get my full purchase amount back. I am out $20 because of this as I could only get trade value of $40. You at Ubisoft need to invest in a better QA team and/or take longer to test your games before they are released. I used to be a loyal customer of yours, having played all of the previous games, and in particular liking Assassins Creed III, but not so much anymore. I can deal with glitches in a game, but not so many, and not when there was an embargo on reviews to let the consumer know about them in advance. As I get older and older, I have less and less, tolerance for this kind of stuff. I find this very unprofessional.
