So after installing a new wiring harness on the 620 I have been having issues with the ignition coming on and off the lights work sometimes the starter not working at all so after pulling my hair out which is slowly dissapearing anyway I trouble shot and rechecked the wiring schematic over and over redoing the ground cleaning the starter where it bolts up to. Well I have had a new battery for a couple of months setting on a battery tender or trickle charger so I hook it up and the lights work somewhat but started do sent work still so I hook the charger back up and the lights get bright and the starter tries to turn so I take the battery out and test it,it shows 12 volt but hit tester it bottoms out to bad so I put it on the big battery charger and it wont even move the needle so the battery is shot I went and exchanged it put it in the tractor tonight and BAM! Everything works flawlessly do getting closer to firing it up! Moral of the story it might be a new battery but it dont mean its good all this headache because of a new junk battery!
