So after our wee incident along Kings Road (just outside Leithfield last weekend) I got in touch with Mainpower who have been outstanding with their customer service! They have been out twice to do visual checks and have tested every transformer on the road to no avail. They have asked me to alert other riders to the possible issue in the area (apparently its called Electrical Step Voltage and is due to the distance between horses legs - cattle can be affected too) and let them know if it happens again. Thank goodness we were all in one piece! Please feel free to pass on....
