So after seeing more of this video Im wondering if the victim has a lawsuit on his hands towards the officer and the department. If you watch and listen to the video firstly the officer is just sitting in a back corner on private property of a gas station. Once the truck pulls in the officer pulls him over for a so called seat belt violation. If you look at the video and the angle of the truck coming in you cant see the driver let alone the seat belt. Although you might be able to from a different view who knows. My question is if you are on private property can you get away with this? Also even after the guy was doing what the officer told him to do and he shot him why the hell didnt he help him till someone got there? Good thing this officer was a bad shot and didnt kill him..
