So after speaking with my insurance lady, my health insurance is going up AGAIN to between $1800 to $2200 per month depending on the plan we choose. Been pricing it out all morning and yep, those are the quotes we are getting. This is an absolute joke. And no, we do not qualify for a subsidy. And no, we never use our healthcare, as we are really healthy. We were in the first group of people who are getting notices of increases.... this ought to be interesting to see how this UNaffordable Care Act effects middle class America during the rest of this year. We are seeing a 110% increase in premiums the size of most peoples mortgage payments. I cant imagine what this will do to our economy with these dollars being pulled out of discretionary spending of most families. Wow, Im in shock this morning!
