.......So all railway employees should be united against this type of criminal and inhuman behaviour and offence being done by vigilance. Regarding TIA/DDN, S.K.Bulani every Rly employee should be grateful to CM, Uttarakhand Harish Rawat who has ordered CBI enquiry in this Suicide case. This incident should be a lesson to Vigilance Inspectors who harass the rly employees. This should be taken to the notice of Railway Minister with request to take strict action against the concerned VI/Vig.Officers responsible as suicide note is primary full proof evidence.
