So, all weekend I was receiving a call from VISA Fraud Alert. When I called, they asked for me to put in my card number, so naturally, I thought it was a phishing scam trying to get my card number. So, today, I go to the bank and inquire about the calls. The bank manager said it was legit and that I should cancel my card to be safe. You know, the card that I do everything with! My BUSINESS CREDIT CARD that is the lifeline to my money and life. Yea, THAT card. She said it would be 7-10 days without a card. **Sigh** SO, I call the number Id been avoiding all weekend, once I got into the car, to see who had my card and what they were trying to buy with it. They were random purchases made by ME in my HOMETOWN that I make at least once a week!!! WTF? I was thinking someone in FIGI was buying tequila shots for the whole bar and no, it was me buying prescriptions and chicken!!! SO ANNOYED! Now, I get to wait a week or more for a new card and no one even had my number!!! As a side note.....may all online scammers and thieves die from a thousand flea bites to their nether regions!!! Had it not been for those asshats, Id probably have called that number earlier and realized that Chicken and Synthroid are code for crime ring!!!
