So annoyed! Waited on UPS all day and supposed to be here by 7pm ... so go to check tracking ... says attempt made at 12.59pm. OK, I was HERE. Door was open. NO TRUCK pulled up outside, I would have heard it. So now have to keep my poor dogs in most of tomorrow again waiting on them. Driver did NOT leave a notice he had been, did not leave on front porch as is printed on every box label and stated I was not available to accept package. Obviously not one of my regular drivers, but surely requiring drivers to be able to read a label and abide by instructions ought to be a prerequisite on any delivery job ????
