So annoyed right now! I prefer the quality of items at Target but the customer service in Toms River SUCKS!! God forbid someone give you a gift without a receipt. You get current selling price, no problem. But then you get a $10 penalty fee PER ITEM?! And even if you have the receipt but it is over 90 days then they treat it as not having a receipt. And a $70 a YEAR limit for returns?! Does that mean that if i purchase an item over $70 that it is not returnable?! I was a retail manager for 13 years in stores that had strict rules and I am a firm believer that the customer is NOT always right, but I am honestly rethinking ever giving them my business again.
