So apparently Johannesburg does acupuncture a little differently, as myself and Hannah Rivron have discovered...instead of lightly twisting the needle, they opt for the stabbing and violently wiggling until youre hanging off the end of the table feeling like they have electrocuted your nerves technique ...you know its been an intense session when youre lying there covered in tears and mascara, sweating, with a sore throat from screaming, and your physio says that was hectic, YAH?? You took more pain than any of my male patients ...and shame, after we both hobbled into the waiting room crying, a petrified lady in the waiting room asked us if we thought she should leave. Hannah and I are looking forward to a 25000 hour cramped legged flight, with hamstrings and groins like pincushions.
