So, apparently McKamey Manor is the most F**ked up haunted house out there. And, if it werent bad enough, they kicked it up a notch this year. It reminds me of that urban legend about the haunted house that no one could finish (or even survive) that supposedly had a big prize at the end (only this one never claimed to have a prize). This is a fascinating video, and it feels very real. Its primarily interviews with a couple of hardcore folks who tried and failed to get through it a couple of weekends ago. The video doesnt really show the inside of the haunt (there are other videos for that). This video isnt scary, but is a bit disturbing. The cynic in me is thinking this is the most brilliant marketing piece ever (the skeptic isnt sure if its real or not). But, as Im watching, Im thinking, what better way to get people into an extreme haunt than to have a marine saying, DONT DO IT. You cant handle this.
