So apparently because the kid charged in the $500 000 weed bust is chinese he is Privileged, Rich, and corrupting Simple People Children. And apparently him covering his face with a hoodie zipped up leaving the courtroom is somehow different than when anyone else does it with a bag, towel, or jersey. And apparently he has been treated differently by wearing a hoodie to the court, when most people wouldnt realize that he was in Magistrates court (where you go to trial in what you are arrested in), as opposed to High Court where you must be in a more formal attire. He has been charged, out on bail of $150 000 and awaiting trial set later in the year to face the penalty for his alleged crime. The law is taking him through the same process of any Little Black Boy that would have been held and rightfully so, if you do the crime be prepared to do the time. However my fellow Trinis have resorted straight to racist comments without a second thought. To my shame, I live in a country overflowing with racism.
