So apparently recently, there was an Punisher comic that might have killed three of the four F4 cast members coming in the reboot. I dont know if its Marvel commenting on the reboot (I think cancelling the F4 comics is their actual commentary, so Fox wont be able to profit as much and maybe turn over the rights), but if it was, thatd be hilarious, and not the first time stuff like this has been slipped in. I think now would be a good time to tell you how I feel about the reboot though. Id prefer if Fox gave back the rights and they just kept X-men, but I dont really have any feelings about the movie yet. It hasnt come out after all. I want it to be good, and Im worried, but Ill hold my judgements. I will tell you I respect them for their casting calls. Good for them not going with big names, and going with lesser known actors. I think Marvel movies are good at that. They take relatively unknown actors (Such as any of the three Chrises (Hemsworth, Evans, and Pratt), Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire, Hugh Jackman, etc.) and make them a lot more famous. Its a smart decision, since unknown actors dont come with baggage of their previous movies forming a type they do. Sometimes more known actors get criticized a lot for their previous movies, and not being able to handle roles (Ben Affleck as Batman is the best example). So Im gonna wait and see how these films go, and hope Marvel gets them back in the future. Also, for anyone complaining about the changes, keep this in mind: It mostly has more in common with Ultimate F4 than 616 F4, which has Doctor Dooms skin being actual metal, goat legs, and the ability to spit up his internal organs to make a poison gas and sprout porcupine quills. The Negative Zone origin is Ultimate Universe, so just keep in mind, Ultimate universe is a lot weirder than 616 is. -Shazam
