So apparently some folks needed to get themselves banned for being jerks. Look, be nice. Its not that hard. So lets break this down. Out of the roughly 10,000 people who follow this page, a handful of you actually support us with positive energy, donations, and offers to volunteer and help. Im not here to entertain you. Im glad that happens, but that is not what I am doing here. Im trying to get dogs homes. Im trying to raise funds to get dogs to the vet. Im trying to help people learn about Pekingese so that more stay happy and healthy and in homes. If somebody only crawls out of the woodwork to kvetch about something as unimportant as a *haircut* and spread negative mojo, then get lost and take your superior, classy taste in dog haircuts with you. I dont need your negativity; I already have abused, neglected, and discarded dogs to deal with, along with the bureaucrazy of SEVEN COUNTY and 20+ city shelters. And the paperwork that goes along with federal and California reporting. MMMMkay? I have enough frustration and hurt in my world without people adding to it *over a haircut*. Advice about helping dogs is ALWAYS welcome. For clarity: Oscar has a lion cut for a reason. Im not crazy about lion cuts either; its not my first choice. However, it does have its function. It allows the dog to keep some fur during winter while removing hair where the dog is experiencing hotspots so that the air can circulate and clear up the hotspot--which Oscar has at the moment.
