So apparently this young man has been lied on as to the events that led up to his untimely death....an officer stated on television that Mr.Powell charged at the officer on the passenger side with the knife held high. Yet, as u can see in this graphic video he most definitely did NOT do such as claimed. There are SEVERAL ways that officers of the law are trained to specifically harm an individual with enough force to eventually assist them in an arrest. Were the officers in St.Louis and surrounding areas not mandated to learn these particular tactics? Keep doing what were doing STL!!!
