So as I have been loading and unloading several tons of steel today, I have developed, well, named anyway, a technique for moving objects by myself that *should* take between 2 and 4 people to move... It is called the "Regret". As in; "I needed to get a truck rear axle into the front of the trailer, and it was so heavy I had to just regret it until it was in place" Or: "I am going to be regretting this axle next!"
