So as I sit under a warm blanket with my hairless dog Eddie in the house while Jerrys in the cold garage working on carts, I decide to start going through some messages. I quickly become overwhelmed and realize we have fallen back into the old system where we are receiving measurements and requests in three different places. Now Dawn is much better keeping up with this than I am because I guess she has a higher anxiety tolerance. Lol!! So here is what we need from all of you that are either needing, wanting or asking for help regarding our carts. ALL THE INFO I AM ABOUT TO ASK FOR NEEDS TO BE EMAILED TO: Wheelsbyjerry@yahoo 1. Send us either the numbers from this form (Picture # 1) OR send the completed form back. Include weight and any ailments you feel necessary for us to do our job. We would appreciate more than not enough info. You can also video or pictures if you want us to see exactly how your pet is getting around. 2.) Send us a picture back of you measuring your pooch exactly like pictures #2 & #3. 3.) THE FLICKER VIDEO ONLY PERTAINS TO THOSE WHO ARE WANTING THE INSTRUCTIONS TO BUILD THEIR OWN CART. BUT PLEASE KNOW YOU WILL STILL NEED THE FORM ATTACHED AND PICTURE NUMBER ONE AND THEN PICTURE NUMBER TWO AND THREE IN ORDER TO DO SO. Below are the Flicker instructions. 3a.)
