So as of the filming of this short clip 10 minutes ago the water is said to have crested its peak and should be in a slow decline. This was filmed from as close to the same location as I could get from earlier in the day. Be careful out there if you are sneaking a peak. A fast moving current of even just a few inches is enough to knock you off your feet and sweep u away. And thank you to all you first responders out there waiting in the wings.
