So as yall know Ive been on a diet for a little over a week. This is what Ive been doing. Eating no bread. Ive had whole grain bread once. No mayo. No cream cheese. No sour cream. No dressing. If you have to eat dressing on a salad use basalmic vinegarette. Nothing white except no fat yogurt. Bananas apples and oranges. No juice. No sodas no milk. Unless its soy milk. Or almond milk and even then limit yourself. Its very important to limit your whole grain rice and pasta intake as well. yes its whole grain but its still carbs so if you have to eat it eat it once a week. Tuna will become your best friend. Lol. I go to the gym 6 times a week and do about an hour workout. and also have training once a week. Im determined to feel better about myself and let me tell you if I can do this. Yall can do this. Its hard but its so worth this. Its a great stress relief too :) with God I got this. :) and my motivator Andrew Wofford :)
