So as you probably see in the videos, Ive put on a wee bit of body fat lately. Do you think Im worried? Nope! Not in the least! I struggle to build muscle and I have always been pretty lean. This recent gain in body fat has occurred due to my recent surgery leaving me unable to train for a few weeks and not making the best nutrition choices (mostly because i was grump that I couldnt train and consoled myself with bad food). Although I still cant lift with my hands as yet, Im getting back into training. Im working out with lower body weights three days a week and doing some cardio on the other days. Its a much more relaxed approach to my training, but its also taking me back to basics. Im finding new ways to train with my back injury and my hand/wrist injury and should hopefully be able to have a better shot at building some muscle now that I have a bit of body fat to burn. Im actually loving the extra bit of body fat because it had given me a goal again! I needed something to focus on to pull me out of my misery from injuries and surgeries. Check out my at home booty session in the video. Do each exercise in a circuit, 15 reps of each, on each leg when its a single leg exercise, and run through 3-5 times depending on your level.
