So at 7:30 I went east down Charleston toward LVB. As I was crossing 4th I noticed two males and a woman all under 25. They were sitting on the concrete barricade along Charleston. The girl was asking people for directions to the strip. One of the males had no shoes or socks on. The girls body was smudged with grime and you could see the days of hard times she was wearing. When I told her I had clean shirts her eyes lit up and she smiled like it was Christmas. I had some black high tops with me today from stuff I have collected and they were just right. They took shirts some socks and bottles of water. I saw 3 broken kids find smiles and gratitude for clean shirts, water and socks. She looked at me as I got ready to leave, and said God Bless You. Im just passing on the message. Thanks to each of you! Today we gave hope to the hopeless.
