So at my wits end with Pinnacle Homes of Michigan!! Here are SOME of our problems to date: 1. The wrong address being given to our home leading to MONTHS of us working with the Township to get it fixed. 2. Blueprints said one thing and then when they were staked to dig, the driveway was on the WRONG side of the house. This would NOT have been caught John not been in the neighborhood on that specific day to check on the lot. 3. Two microwaves ordered but no dishwasher - again, I caught that just in time. 4. The wrong address brick being put on the house, initially, with the wrong address numbers that we were told had been changed in the system. 5. The water to the refrigerator not being turned on leading to the first hole in the ceiling. 6. The outdoor faucet not being turned on, leading to the second hole in the ceiling in the basement. 7. Insufficient insulation used in the upstairs kids bathroom leading to frozen lines, which led to a hole in the ceiling of our garage. 8. Air-conditioning that only seems to work on the first floor which we were most recently told there is nothing they can do anything about because of our finished basement. It seems to me this shouldve been addressed before the ceiling was finished in the basement. Not my problem. Again, that is Pinnacles problem. All that and then today I am notified that Pinnacle needs to move our air conditioning unit from the side of the house to the rear of the house. That will, I can only assume, leave an ugly mess of mechanicals and a hole in the mulched area and our landscape along the back of house will now be messed up. Put this with the MULTIPLE appointments for repairs that have been made by ProHome that no one ever showed up for. All this makes me a VERY unhappy camper. ENOUGH PINNACLE!!!!! They should be ashamed of their customer service.
